On 27/08/2022 at 14:58 one of our oLondon based node crashed as advised by datacenter by datacenter the cooling system multifunctioned and caused the multifuction of the following parts:
1) CPU;
2) Motherboard;
3) RAM;
4) 3 x SSD harddrives failed completely and misgrade of 2;
5) SATA cables;
So whole server was replaced and we worked hard to restore all the data, so it took longer than necessary and unfortunately not all data was recovered.
We have restored all the services on London node and some of our customers do need to restore the backups, as we unmanaged service and backup option is not available or guranteed on unmanaged service. As always we do recommend to do backups if your data is very important.
